Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
European Union 14-day period
Regardless of the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
